Our initial conversation is always free and without obligation. This typically involves a 30-45 minute discussion about your challenges and goals. If we proceed to detailed scoping or assessment work, fees apply, but we always agree these in advance.
For organisations within reasonable travelling distance, we're happy to meet at your premises. For initial exploratory conversations, a video call often works well. Once we move to scoping work, site visits become more valuable to understand your operational context.
We work with organisations throughout the United Kingdom. While our office is in Manchester, our consultants regularly travel to client sites across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Travel within mainland UK is typically included in our engagement fees.
